[Developers] Status of lead developer?

Does anyone on this list know Bart, or has anyone heard from him in the
past half-year or so?  I never received an answer to my own messages to
him.  It may be that he is now too busy to deal with the project and it
should move to SourceForge or something.

Bart, if you are listening I would love to hear your status and your
opinion on that.  As the original developer of an excellent piece of
software, you deserve to be the one to determine its disposition.
