[Developers] Install as Package vs. Drag-and-Drop

Given the recent security changes (requiring people to manually suid their 
binaries if they want low ports, and later coming up with a safe solution 
to allow same), it seems to me that any compelling reason that might have 
existed for distributing SSHKeychain as an Installer package rather than a 
drag and drop install is gone. Can we go back to the drag and drop install 
for the next version, so I don't have to jump through hoops to install it 
into a directory that's not on my boot partition (one of which is to remove 
the resulting spurious /Library/Receipts folder)?
